Do you eat break fast every day? I always eat breakfast! Even if you have no time, you should eat breakfast. Because breakfast is important for our hearth. When I have no time ,I sometimes eat cereals!! And my favorite cereals is kellogg♪ Then do you know what is contain for cereals?
It is contain many of things. For example protein, fat, glucose, Na, Ca, vitaminB1, B2, B6, B12 so on!! So we can get various nutrition(>ω<)★ If you also haven't time, let's eat cereals! You will keep your hearth by cereals (^ω^)
